These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services, estimates, scheduling, communications, and related interactions with Swift Painting LLC. By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.


1) Services and Estimates

1.1 Services. We provide residential and/or commercial painting services and related work as described in written estimates, proposals, invoices, or agreements.

1.2 Estimates. Any estimate provided is based on information available at the time (including site conditions, surface prep requirements, scope details, and materials). Final pricing may change if scope changes, conditions differ from what was disclosed, or additional work is requested.

1.3 Scope Changes. Any changes to the scope (colors, rooms, surfaces, prep, repairs, coatings, timelines) may affect price and schedule. We may require written approval (text/email is acceptable) before performing additional work.


2) Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

2.1 Scheduling. Appointment times are estimated. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window, but delays may occur due to prior job overruns, traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

2.2 Access. You agree to provide safe access to the job site, including entry to required areas, and to secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.

2.3 Site Conditions. You are responsible for informing us of hazards (mold, lead paint, asbestos, unsafe wiring, structural issues, etc.) before work begins. We may refuse or stop work if the site is unsafe.


3) Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

3.1 Payment Terms. Payment terms will be stated on your estimate/invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due as indicated on the invoice.

3.2 Deposits. Some projects require a deposit to reserve scheduling and materials. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or scheduling has been committed.

3.3 Late Payments. Late balances may incur reasonable fees as permitted by law, and may delay scheduling or completion.

3.4 Chargebacks/Disputes. If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve it before initiating a dispute or chargeback.


4) Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Customer Rescheduling. We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule. Last-minute changes may result in delays in the next available appointment.

4.2 Our Right to Reschedule. We may reschedule due to weather, staff availability, safety conditions, or material delays.


5) Warranties and Workmanship

5.1 Workmanship. We aim to deliver professional-quality work consistent with industry standards.

5.2 Limitations. Normal wear, customer-caused damage, structural movement, moisture intrusion, and improper maintenance are not covered. Manufacturer warranties on materials/paint apply where available.

5.3 Punch List. If you identify touch-ups, notify us within a reasonable timeframe so we can address them.


6) Website Use

6.1 Permitted Use. You may use our website for lawful purposes and to learn about or request our services.

6.2 Prohibited Use. You agree not to:

  • attempt to disrupt the website or its security,

  • scrape or harvest data,

  • upload malicious code,

  • use the site for unlawful activities.


7) Communications, Email, and Phone

7.1 Contact Methods. By providing your contact details, you agree we may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your inquiry, estimate request, scheduling, service updates, and customer support.

7.2 Recording. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where permitted by law.


8) SMS Terms (Text Messaging)

8.1 Program Description. If you opt in to receive text messages from Swift Painting LLC, we may send messages related to:

  • Non-marketing texts: estimate requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates

  • Marketing texts (only if you separately opt in): promotions, discounts, seasonal offers

8.2 Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in by submitting your phone number and checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our website.
